Renewable Energy Centre, Mithradham is an NGO which promotes renewable energy, environment and sustainable development. It is the first fully renewable energy powered education institution in India solely dedicated to environment, renewable energy and for promotion of sustainable development. The Centre was established on October 4th October, 1996 under the Sacred Heart (S.H.) Province, Kochi of the Carmelite of Mary Immaculate (CMI) congregation. It conducts all programs related to Environment and Renewable Energy.
